About the Position

​

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing tools and infrastructure used by Quantitative Researchers. In this role, you will be working with others to provide cutting-edge technology solutions that improve our existing trading architecture. You will have an opportunity to work on high-impact projects that influence the entire organization.

 

How You Will Make an Impact

​

• Develop and maintain algorithmic trading infrastructure

• Improve performance and latency characteristics of critical software components

• Build and maintain tools for data processing, model evaluation, and system monitoring

• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction

• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on implementation details

• Debug and resolve issues in production-grade systems

What You Bring to the Team

​

• Deep understanding of one of the following languages: C#, Rust, C++, C, Java, Golang, Assembly. If you use a feature, we expect you to understand how it works and why it exists.

• You can explain where performance comes from and why some code is faster or slower — whether for technical or algorithmic reasons.

 

We Would Consider as an Advantage

​

• Familiarity with AWS and Linux

• Experience in low-level development

• Experience and knowledge in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading

 

What Does Not Matter

​

• Years of experience — mastery takes time, but we don’t put arbitrary numbers on it.

• Your previous industry — finance or trading experience is not required.
