About the Position

We’re looking for a Quantitative Research to join our data research team and help design the strategies that shape how we see and interact with financial markets.

Right from the start, you will be working at the intersection of research, technology, and real-world trading decisions. You won’t just analyze data - you’ll hunt for signals hidden in it, challenge assumptions, and turn ideas into models that directly influence our performance.

This is a fast-moving, idea-driven environment where curiosity is expected and the best insights win.

How You Will Make an Impact

You’ll be right in the middle of strategy development and implementation, where research meets real market impact. Your work will include:

​

• Developing and evolving quantitative models and trading strategies that directly shape decision-making.

• Diving into large, complex market datasets to uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and predictive signals others miss.

• Designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and stress-testing ideas through rigorous backtesting.

• Work closely with engineers and other researchers to turn ideas into scalable systems ready for production.

• Exploring new datasets, tools, and methods that push the boundaries of what our research can do.

• Constantly questioning how we can make it faster, better, smarter.

What We're Looking For​

• A naturally curious mindset and genuine fascination with complex systems.

• Strong quantitative foundation in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, data science, or similar.

• Sharp analytical thinking and strong intuition for probability and uncertainty.

• Programming experience in Python, C++, C#, or similar language.

• Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis, and experimental designs.

• A mindset that questions assumptions and looks for better explanations, not easy ones.
