About the Position

​

Our team is looking for a Python Developer to build and maintain tools by quantitative researchers. In this role, you will work closely with research and engineering teams to develop reliable, high-performance systems that support data analysis, modeling, and strategy development. You will contribute to projects that have a direct and visible impact on the company’s results. 

 

How You Will Make an Impact

​

• Build research infrastructure: Develop high-performance libraries and tools for large-scale data analysis and model evaluation.

• Develop trading tools: Design and maintain robust monitoring and analytics systems used to oversee strategy behavior and system performance.

• Optimize data pipelines: Architect reliable systems to ingest, clean, and store large volumes of market and alternative data with strong data integrity.

• Evolve the stack: Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that improve performance, scalability, and developer productivity..

 

What You Bring to the Team

• Deep understanding of Python — not just syntax, but how things work under the hood.

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.

• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Ability to reason about performance, bottlenecks, and scalability.

• Curiosity and willingness to dive into unfamiliar domains when needed.

 

What Does Not Matter

• Years of experience — mastery takes time, but we don’t put arbitrary numbers on it.

• Your previous industry — finance or trading experience is not required.
